I do not accept returns. Once an item has shipped to you I also do not offer refunds. Order with this in mind.

Breakage: In the rare occasion something breaks we can discuss options. I do my very best to ship each and every item safely but sometimes things happen. If something happened you MUST email me within 48 hours of delivery with images and describing what you found upon opening. I also ask that you let me know what your ideal outcome is and we can discuss options. I may offer a refund depending on the item or discuss a timeline for me to make a replacement and get it to you.

For sculptures I try to include a care guide to cleaning and displaying your piece. If this was not included please email me.

For Pottery: All items I make will be made with food safe glazes and fully fired unless EXPLICITLY MADE CLEAR IT IS NOT. While you can put this work into the dishwasher for longevity I do personally recommend hand washing, but you can use the dishwasher. This work is microwave safe and I do test each piece with a thermal shock stress test but to be safe I do not recommend placing extreme temperature differences in them. (boiling water to freezing cup and verse) Best to start with room temperature pottery. :)

On the note of microwave safe: While my work is made to be used in the microwave I do occasionally use luster on them which can not be microwaved. This will be listed in the items description and also come with a disclaimer in the package.

I occasionally accept custom work. This will either be listed in my shop or announced on my social media. This work is all made to order making it ineligible to any refund or return. A deposit will be discussed and we will work together for every part of the process.

I also often discuss custom work at in person events/markets even if I do not have it listed on my site, I have a hard time turning down exciting things! Even if you do not see commissions open on my site if we have already discussed working together please contact me.
